People tagging within photos
Lets be honest, most people want to click on the gallery, and then just download photos of themselves and a few friends :-)
If you could tag people in the galleries, then it would be much easier to find these photos.

I want a custom event and user URL
Custom slugs would be great:
Instead of divvyshot.com/event/adf9x/ I want divvyshot.com/event/shdh-party/
Same goes with user URLs

Use Facebook Connect to login
"Facebook Connect makes it easier for you to take your online identity with you all over the Web, share what you do online with your friends and stay updated on what they're doing. You won't have to create separate accounts for every website, just use your Facebook login wherever Connect is available."

Tag images.
It'd be good to be able to add tags to photos, for instance with the name of the people in the shot, the location where it was taken or the date.

We’ll probably add video support at some point in the next year.
Our goal is to perfect the photo interface first, though.

Provide a Really Good Intro Screencast
Divvyshot sounds like it might be cool, but I really don't understand it yet. How about a really good intro screenshot that can help someone new "get" it?

You’re right – the one we have right now was just thrown up there as a “placeholder.”

remove things from my timeline when they aren't public
If they aren't supposed to be shown in public search, and you can't see them on the /events/-page, why are the even't visible on the timeline?

Tweet a link (instead of requiring username & password)
There's no reason to require a username and password for twitter integration. You should create a tweet (with a shortened url) and redirect to user to twitter to send it.

Update 2/18/2010: We temporarily turned Facebok exporting off while we re-design our Facebook integration.
Please submit suggestions for what you’d like to see in the rewrite (tagging, facebook connect, etc) at http://divvyshot.uservoice.com

Ability to move pictures between events
There's currently (at least not that I noticed) any way of moving pictures between events. ex: If you upload a picture or group of pictures to an event by accident then you have to manually delete the pictures and upload again.

We considered this and decided that this need wasn’t common enough to implement the feature.
If this request gets enough votes we’ll eat our words and change course.

Be able to make individual photos in an event private.
I'd like to have the ability to upload my whole album, share it with the world, but also be able to keep the personal ones private, for just family and friends who have the password.

Display notification when uploading photos
When you select photos to upload and submit, there is no any sort of notification that photos are being uploaded. Currently you have to hover the mouse over a tiny bar to see the progress, but that is not quite clear.

Build a better facebook application
I'd like a facebook app that makes it easier to upload & share photos to facebook than facebook's built in photo upload service.
